Happy World  #ParliamentDay! On 30 June the world celebrated the International Day of Parliamentarism. Did you know that the European Parliament recently established a directorate-general aimed at boosting parliamentary partnerships, both inside and outside the European Union? By creating bridges between the EU and parliaments around the world, the EU Visitors Programme is proudly contributing to the strengthening of parliamentary democracy in the world.
